Molly Nominated for Operations Future Leader at the Oppies!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from the Angelfish Fieldwork team—our very own Molly is a finalist for the Operations Future Leader award at this year’s Oppies

Organised by the Market Research Society (MRS), the Oppies celebrate outstanding individuals in market research operations, and we couldn’t be prouder to see Molly’s hard work and dedication recognised on such a significant stage.

Chloë Fowler, Founder at The Nest Research and AQR Board Member, shared her thoughts:

“I have loved working with Molly from day one! She is totally unflappable, unfailingly smiley in the face of tough asks. She’s a problem-solver and will always be proactive if something doesn’t feel right. If you’ve got Molly on your project, you can be guaranteed a dreamy and smooth ride. I hope she wins the Oppie award because I can’t think of anyone more deserving.”

A Little Bit About Molly...

Molly’s journey with Angelfish Fieldwork began six years ago when she joined us as a Project Executive, bringing with her a natural drive and exceptional organisational skills. It was clear from the start that she had the perfect foundation to grow into a skilled project manager and leader.

Her ability to handle complex projects with precision and dedication has led to Molly’s current role as a Senior Project Manager. Molly’s approach to her work is nothing short of inspiring, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations and contribute to the ongoing success of our team.

Let’s Hear It from the Team

Kelly, our Director of Operations, also expressed her admiration:

“Over the past six years, I have seen Molly grow in her role, showing passion for offering the highest quality service to both clients and respondents, and a knack for improving operational efficiencies. She is a fountain of project knowledge and a daily source of support and motivation to the team. This recognition is well deserved, and I have no doubt she'll be one to watch in the future within our wonderful industry."

This nomination is a true reflection of Molly’s hard work, commitment, and leadership within the market research industry. She embodies everything the Operations Future Leader award stands for, and we’re thrilled to see her efforts recognised at this level.

Don’t Miss the Awards!

We’ll be cheering her on when the awards are presented in London on 26th September, and regardless of the outcome, we know that Molly has an incredibly bright future ahead.

As we celebrate Molly’s success, it’s also worth noting Angelfish Fieldwork’s own HIGHLY COMMENDED achievement at last year’s Oppies for the Recruitment Excellence Award - a testament to the strength and dedication of our entire team.

Congratulations, Molly! We’re so proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
